About the Program

A free e-learning program to help retailers of all sizes build the skills and confidence needed to use Artificial Intelligence in a practical and responsible way.

The training materials were designed by a European team of experts - including the Universities of Cyprus and Warsaw, innovation specialists at Lascò, BSD and TEAM4Excellence, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany - combining academic knowledge with real retail experience.

What You Will Learn

The program includes a rich catalogue of AI learning units across Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
Based on your initial skills assessment, the platform will recommend a personalised learning path made up of the modules most relevant to your role, experience, and business needs.

All modules are available in English, Italian, Greek, German, Polish, and Romanian, and include interactive components (flashcards, scenarios, quizzes), with real-world case studies from European retail.

How the Pilot Works

• Register using the online form: It takes less than 2 minutes.
• Get access in January 2026: You will receive instructions to enter the platform as soon as it opens.
• Complete the modules at your own pace: You can study anytime; the only requirement is to finish by 28 February 2026.
• Provide your feedback: At the end, you’ll be asked to fill out a short evaluation questionnaire.
• Receive your certificate: You will be awarded a digital certificate recognising your achievements.
