Our AI Skills Assessment Tool is a free self-assessment instrument aimed to enable retail professionals and organisations to quickly identify their current level of competence across the key domains of our AI Core Curriculum for MSMEs in Retail.

The assessment, available on our e-learning environment, takes just a few minutes and is divided into two key stages:
Role Profiling: You will be asked for information about the size of your organisation, your functional role within it (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse Management) and your current level of familiarity with digital technologies and AI.
Practical Knowledge Check: you will answer a series of multiple-choice questions based on real-world retail scenarios. These questions assess not only technical recall, but your ability to apply practical judgement and make decisions in concrete workplace situations.
The retail sector is made up of very different roles, and there is no single approach to Artificial Intelligence that works for everyone.
Upon completing the assessment, our system will identify your ideal entry point (Foundation, Intermediate or Advanced) and automatically generate a tailored learning pathway to strengthen your skills.
You will be assigned only the training modules that are relevant to your job responsibilities and assessed learning needs, making the best use of your time.
